Dear Fellow Community Member,

The Saxonburg Area Girls Softball Association is becoming very popular within the district and is developing very respectable softball players who are seeing their hard work and determination pay off on the field.  More students are coming out for the sport and the future is looking bright for fast pitch softball here in Saxonburg!!

 It is our hope to get more exposure and support from our community for this great sport, so we are creating an advertisement board which will be displayed on the side of the concession stand at the softball fields at Laura J. Doerr Park. The display will be 4×8 foot and the size of your advertisement will depend on your contribution.   Will you and/or your business consider helping us with this?   With your donation of $100 you will receive a small advertisement space, $250 a medium advertisement space and $500 a large advertisement space. All advertisers will also be added to our website. You would be sponsoring our fast pitch softball league and supporting us in gaining the resources we need to develop our players and fields.

We are very enthusiastic about the upcoming season! With community support behind us, we believe our softball season will be successful!   We would sincerely appreciate you sponsoring the Saxonburg Girls Area Softball Association in this project.  Please make checks payable to SAGSA all donations and artwork (copy of business cards, logos) can be sent to:

Please send your donation and advertising information by April 15, 2017 in order to allow time for printing prior to the season.  Once we receive your donation; SAGSA will mail you a receipt with our tax exempt information for your taxes.
